In a release issued on Friday (Dec. 17) Cameo Hills Farm announced that it has acquired four exceptionally bred young trotting mares to join the broodmare ranks of its New York nursery.
Those trotting fillies include noted stakes winners You Ato Dream 3,1:52.2 ($593,852) and Mazzarati 2,1:54.3 ($332,465) as well as Agro Dolce and the unraced Image Of Bee.
Agro Dolce (Cantab Hall - Bella Dolce) is a half-sister to the frontrunner for 2021 three-year-old trotting filly of the year, Bella Bellini. Image Of Bee is a Muscle Hill daughter out of the great trotting mare Bee A Magician.
According to Cameo Hills' Steve Jones, You Ato dream will be bred to Walner, Mazzarati will be crossed with Muscle Hill, Image Of Bee will be bred to Greenshoe and Agro Dolce will try to capture the magic of that Bella Bellini cross thanks to a date with Bar Hopping.
