It was a profitable Thursday evening at the office for trainer Victor Puddy who watched three of his starters find their way to victory lane on the 10-race card.
Steelmeatreasure survived a first-over journey to get the ball rolling for Puddy thanks to her 2:03 triumph in Race 3. Next up was Emptythetill finding his way to victory lane in Race 7 thanks to his front-stepping score in 1:59.4.
Puddy then completed the hat trick with Jessicas Legacy who took down the competition in front-stepping fashion in Race 9 in a time of 2:02.1.
Puddy watched his yearly win total climb to 79 while his lifetime total jumped to 2,296. The career winner in excess of $16 million in purse earnings has watched his barn bank close to $600,000 so far this season.
