Incoming Rosecroft Raceway owner Mark Vogel has made it clear that he wants to bring table gaming to the Fort Washington, Maryland facility
.
As reported in an article by The Daily Record, Vogel is expected to take over control of the raceway in January, 2010, pending approval, and the developer has said that the location is an ideal spot for the popular form of table gaming.
The report cites Vogel as saying that he will be running a "full court press" for tables in 2010 legislature sessions.
“I think the momentum has turned in the state, especially in Prince George’s County, because they need the revenues,” Vogel was quoted as saying.
