According to a report, the multi-million-dollar entertainment expansion at the Concord Hotel in Kiamesha Lake, New York, which was planned to be the locale of the new Monticello Raceway, is in trouble, as 19 contractors are
said to be owed $18.3 million.
The news comes via an article this past weekend by the Times Herald-Record which cites public records that indicate the companies have filed liens against Concord Associates and developer Louis Cappelli's construction firm, George A. Fuller Co.
The article also states that Cappelli has said that he expects to make a significant announcement in about two weeks.
