According to an article on observer-reporter.com, the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association and the Meadows Racetrack will donate wagers on the fifth race today to help the victims of the Lebanon Raceway fire
.
"Both the track and horsemen are going to donate proceeds from the race," said Kim Hankins, executive director of the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association, which hopes to raise $10,000 for the fire victims, who were killed as flames swept through Barn 16.
