Cash Me Out took a lifetime mark in winning Sunday’s Open Trot at Saratoga Casino and Raceway.
Jim Devaux piloted the Kyle Spagnola-trained trotter to a first over score in the $18,000 feature just two weeks after winning his first career Open at the Spa. Cash Me Out stopped the timer in a lifetime best 1:54.4 to record his fourth victory of the season. The four-year-old Cash Hall trotter bested Can I Say (Bruce Aldrich Jr.), the race’s lone lady, who was the runner-up, and Slugfest (Jay Randall), who held on for third.
Cash Me Out returned $7.80 to win and led an exacta that paid $27 and a triple that returned $100.
Cash Me Out is owned by Traylor Racing LLC of Ballston Spa, New York.
