The fifth annual Drive for Charity was made official on Saturday at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park. Drivers and their business partners teamed up to raise money for local charities.

In other Saturday afternoon action, Clic K captured the featured event in 1:56.2.
Marc Campbell, who enjoyed a driving double on the day, hustled the pacer, owned by Plo Stables of Donagh, PE, and trained by Jackie Matheson, to the early lead and laid down fractions of :27.2, :56.1 and 1:25.3 before cruising home in :30.4 for his fifth victory of the year. Motorino (Terry Gallant) was second with Rash B Havior (Gary Chappell) rallying from seventh at the top of the stretch to complete the triactor.
