Hes Electric's last-to-first surprise at 51-1 in race six and an 8-1 upset by RB in the ninth race on Tuesday night (Nov. 29) at Yonkers Raceway led to the Pick 5 wager not being hit. As a result, there will be a $6,014.39 carryover and a $20,000 guaranteed pool in the sequence on Wednesday night (Nov. 30). The Pick 6 also went unsolved and will offer a carryover of $1,741.34.
The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available at the USTA TrackMaster website. The Pick 5, which begins in race five, and the Pick 6, which kicks off in the third race, both have a takeout rate of 20 percent.
Yonkers is currently operating on a Monday through Friday live racing schedule with post time at 6:55 p.m. (Eastern).
