As the month of November draws to a close, Trot Magazine has announced that it will donate $500 to the Movember cause, in the name of the winner of Trot's Movember Madness competition. This week, 12 participants will face off in a series of head-to-head battles to determine who has the best mustache.
Starting Tuesday, fans will be able to vote on harness racing's best Movember mustache in the following brackets.

Kawartha's Evan Loucks shaved his stache in the name of charity on Saturday night, with the track raising $500 for the Movember cause.
"The Mo-Party at Kawartha was a success," Loucks told Trot Insider. "It was a fun night and the trashing of my stache provided a little value added fun for the patrons."
According to the Canadian Cancer Society, one in every two Canadians will develop cancer at some point in their lives. Prostate cancer has the highest incident of any cancer in Canadian men - as one in seven will faced with it in their lifetime - and also one of the highest mortality rates.

As of Monday evening, the Trot Magazine Movember Team have raised $3,205 in generous donations, plus the $500 earned at Kawartha Downs on Saturday and the $500 to be donated by Trot Magazine.
