The three-year-old trotter is owned by Twoforone Stable of Millersburg, Indiana. His conditioner Lonnie Grabber listed Hunter Myers for the winning drive.
Muscular Superstar (Muscular-Garland Superstar-ABC Garland) started the race from post three and led at every call through fractions of :27.4, :58, 1:26.4 and 1:56.4. He was two lengths in front at the wire.
Finishing behind the winner (in order after placings) were Blazintothefront, Soho Begonia, Smoking Jet, Dont Front Me, Turbochargedpete, Big Box Hanover, Father Time and Gabbys Wild Child.
Muscular Superstar now has three wins in 16 starts this year. Tuesday’s victory bolstered his career bankroll to $31,660. He returned $52.20 to win.
