Dropping out of stakes competition, Breeders Crown starter Asweetbeachhere landed back in the Woodbine Mohawk Park winner's circle on Friday, Oct. 31 after prevailing in the evening's featured $26,000 high-end conditioned pace for distaffers.

Driver Jody Jamieson left with Asweetbeachhere from post three before Doug McNair put 3-5 bettors' choice So Much More on the point from post four during a :27 opening quarter. After following the veteran millionaire through middle splits of :56.1 and 1:25.1, Jamieson popped the pocket with Asweetbeachhere, who got the jump on final turn breaker Style For A Mile (J.R. Plante), and went to work in the stretch to wear down So Much More approaching the wire while sophomore filly Always Dawn (Tyler Borth) surged late from the backfield to nab the runner-up honours from the favourite. Asweetbeachhere hit the wire a neck in front in the three-across finish, stopping the clock in 1:52.4 over a track rated fast with a one second variant.

A winner of the same class prior to her Breeders Crown sixth-place finish, Asweetbeachhere paid $7 to win as the 5-2 second choice.

Andrew Harris trains and co-owns the four-year-old mare with his Freehold, New Jersey partners, William Pollack and Bruce Areman. Asweetbeachhere now sports a seasonal record of 3-4-3 in 17 starts, with earnings up to $188,580. A nine-time career winner, the daughter of Sweet Lou-Some Fancy Filly has banked nearly $640,000 lifetime.

The feature win capped off a driving grand slam on the 10-race card for Jamieson.
