Physicallyinclined ran his October win streak to four despite 'sloppy' conditions this Saturday night and now boasts back-to-back Preferred wins at Woodbine Mohawk Park for trainer Carmen Auciello.
Jonathan Drury was aboard as Physicallyinclined won this week's $34,000 Preferred Pace in 1:52.2 as the 9-5 favourite.
Easy Lover Hanover (James MacDonald) hustled to the lead from the outside post seven before being looped by insider The Downtown Bus (Travis Cullen) after the :27.1 first quarter mark. The Downtown Bus' lead was also short-lived as Drury made his move with Physicallyinclined and the favourite swept up from mid-field to take over command by the :56.2 half-mile mark. Physicallyinclined continued to front the field through three-quarters in 1:24.2 and began to draw away turning for home as Easy Lover Hanover re-rallied to finish three lengths behind in second and Nocturnal Bluechip (J Harris) closed from the backfield to show.
Physicallyinclined has hit the board in 15 of his 31 seasonal starts, which includes eight wins (four-for-four this month), for Auciello Stables and co-owners Robert Watson, Armando Cappuccitti and Mike Bartram.
Lifetime, the six-year-old son of Mach Three has won 17 races and $466,910 in purses.
