On Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28, Hoosier Park Racing & Casino and The Hambletonian Society will host the 34th edition of the Breeders Crown, harness racing’s annual series of 12 championship races valued at $6 million.
Both nights of racing will begin with a special first post time of 6:00 p.m. Eastern and feature six Breeders Crown events each. Friday and Saturday will also include a $25,000 and $40,000 Guaranteed Pick 4, and a Breeders Crown $10,000 “Sweep-Stakes” promotion. Live streaming of the races will be available on Hoosier Park’s website.
Six filly and mare Breeders Crown finals will highlight the 14-race card on Friday evening, while their male counterparts will take centre stage on Saturday evening. The first Breeders Crown race will be race seven each evening, and will have an estimated post time of 8:05 p.m. A schedule of the Breeders Crown races are below:

Hoosier Park’s $25,000 Guaranteed Pick 4 will take place from races five through eight on both Friday and Saturday with a special 15% takeout. A $40,000 Guaranteed Pick 4 will be offered on Breeders Crown races nine through 12, with a special 15% takeout on both nights.
Additionally, a special $10,000 “Sweep-Stakes” handicapping promotion will take place on both Breeders Crown evenings. Entry forms are available in the Breeders Crown racing program, and will allow participants to pick the winners of races seven through 12 on Friday night for a chance to win $5,000. If there is no winner, the money will carry over to races seven through 12 on Saturday night for a chance to win $10,000.
