It has been reported that on Wednesday, October 23, the New Jersey Racing Commission approved a proposed off-track wagering location in Gloucester Township.
An article on nj.com states that Penn National Gaming was unanimously granted a license to operate ‘Favorites,’ which is to be located where the former ‘Stone Grill’ was.
The State Attorney General still has to sign off on the decision.
