HANA Handicapping Contest Update

Sally Hinckley, in her secondly weekly victory in a row, was the ‘Queen of the Breeders Crown’ in HANA Harness’ 2013 Grand Circuit Handicapping Challenge.

Hinckley managed to defeat Rusty Nash by just under $45 for the 12-race contest day ($287.20 vs. $242.25). Overall for the week, which also included the final preliminary legs of the Kindergarten Classics at Vernon Downs, Hinckley managed to score a profit of $291.30 versus Nash’s $217.85. Finishing third for the week was Earl Paulson with a net profit of $139.50.

Richard Scott (who came out $18.10 to the positive this past week) still holds the overall lead in the contest with an overall net profit of $105.60 leading Rusty Nash, who moved into the place spot overtaking Garnet Barnsdale who settled into third, by $397.02.
