Going into Friday’s card of racing at Northlands Park trainer Chris Lancaster found himself in the midst of a career year, and it only got better as the night went on.
Lancaster took Race 2 with Yourlipstogodsears (1:59.3), and the trainer was right back to victory lane in Race 3 with Lissoy (1:58.2). Lancaster capped off the three-win performance by taking Race 7 with Gray Zee (1:58.1).
It’s now a 16-win season and counting for Lancaster, who is just a few thousand shy banking $100,000 this season. To date, the conditioner has racked up 35 wins in addition to earnings just shy of $100,000.
