Standardbred Canada is excited to unveil the 2025 leading owners from racetracks across the country. As part of the Owner Recognition Program, each recipient will receive a custom plaque and a complimentary ticket to the 37th annual O’Brien Awards, where they will be celebrated in a special presentation.
The awards will be held on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, at the J-AAR Expo Centre at Western Fair District in London, Ont.
Leading owners were selected based on statistics from each Canadian racetrack. The top owner was determined by wins, followed by seconds, thirds and earnings, if necessary (excluding fairs and limited meets). Partnerships, stables and individuals are each treated as single entities with no combined wins. Eligibility aligns with current O’Brien Awards criteria.
