The trip has been irrelevant as Rollwithhottytoddy demolished his Preferred foes his last three weeks, and he goes for four straight in the feature on Saturday, Jan. 27 at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

The capital oval puts forth a 13-dash presentation on Saturday afternoon starting at 12:30 p.m.

The Preferred Pace hits the track in Race 12 with a $3,600 purse. Rollwithhottytoddy holds down post five in the field of as many after winning this class the last three weeks for Red Shores Charlottetown's co-leading trainer Trevor Hicken, who also owns the son of Rollwithitharry. Myles Heffernan Sr. drives the 17-time winner as the morning line favourite. In his last three starts, Rollwithhottytoddy has won off the front, from the two-hole and moving first-up from the backfield on his way to the winner’s circle.

Jeff Holmes also sits in a tie atop the training standings and will send out innermost starter Burn Out Hanover (Brady Sweet). Laughagain Hanover (Jason Hughes) is the post two starter with Blood Money (David Dowling) from post three. Mantario was runner-up the past two weeks from the Jennifer Doyle barn with Damian MacLellan supplying his talents in the race bike.

The Post Time Picks continue to side with Rollwithhottytoddy: “Rollwithhottytoddy has won three straight and each of those wins has come from three different trips. His versatility has been on full display and this field is running out of ways to try and beat him. I think he keeps his winning streak intact. Top call.”

Sugar Bowl (Mark Bradley) will look for her second straight Fillies and Mares Preferred win in Race 9. The $3,400 class has the Hughes-trained Sugar Bowl leaving from post four from the Hughes barn for owners Tommy Collings and Brian MacPhee. Her main foes are Chelski (Corey MacPherson) and Acefortyfour Dome (Hughes).
