An adorable filly, christened "Kahlua" upon birth at 3:41 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 25, is the first foal arrival of 2023 at Jeff & Paula Gural's Allerage Farm.
The healthy, happy baby is by International Moni out of Au Naturalle. Her dam is a half sister to the great multi-million-dollar earning, Breeders Crown winner Arch Madness.
Farm manager Ashleigh Bailey and Amber Longo welcomed the filly into the (cold) world at the Sayre, Pennsylvania location. She is the first of 24 expected foals this season.
