It has been announced that Dan Patch and Breeders Crown winner Divine Caroline p,3,1:49.2 ($880,335) has been sold and will be retired and bred this year.

Cameo Hills Farm has announced that its owner, Steve Jones, has purchased the five-year-old daughter of Rock N Roll Heaven. Cameo Hills Farm is located in Montgomery, NY.

Having raced her entire career for trainer Joe Holloway, Divine Caroline’s slate reads 11 wins, 12 second-place finishes and 10 thirds from 52 starts. She banked $880,335 in purses (U.S. figures) and took her 1:49.2 mark over the Red Mile at age three.

Divine Caroline’s best string of racing came during the fall of her three-year-old campaign, when she notched victories in the Bluegrass and Glen Garnsey, which were then followed by a sweep of her Breeders Crown division.

Divine Caroline joins a growing roster of top fillies at Cameo that includes Check Me Out, Rainbow Blue, Glowing Report, Yellow Diamond, Housethatruthbuilt, Big McDeal, Little Miss Dragon, Pedigree Snob and La Riviera Lindy, the dam of Chapter Seven.
