According to a report, the daughter and a son of the late Joseph Parisi have each made a legal claim to White Birch Farms, the award-winning New Jersey standardbred breeding facility

.

An article by the New York Daily News has cited Camille Parisi as asserting that a backdoor deal was made which lead to her brother, Michael Parisi, getting control of the farm once Joseph Parisi passed away in 2008.

The report states that Camille has claimed that her mother, who passed in 1998, had intended for the farm to be split between the three children in the family. The other son, Joseph, has sided with his sister in regard to the matter.
