John and Janet Klark were involved in a serious single car accident while returning from the Breeders Crown in early December, 2008. Janet has been in a coma ever since.
John took over as director of the Christian Harness Horsemen’s Association in June of '08 when Weldon Stockwell retired after 25 years.
“Janet has been placed under the care of Hospice at the Grafton County Home,” John said. “The doctors offer no hope of recovery.”
In the midst of this very difficult time, John is working on CHHA’s annual stallion auction. The proceeds from the auction are a very important part of CHHA’s funding, yet John has such a narrow window to obtain breedings.
