Titan Park took a six-race win streak to Flamboro Downs on Sunday evening for trainer Shane Arsenault, who watched the photogenic trotter
turn in another flawless performance to extend the streak to seven.
That’s music to the ears of owner Brittany Arsenault of Freelton, ON, who has watched the six-year-old son of Credit Winner haul in more than $37,000 since being claimed for $7,800 on November 13, 2008.
Scott Coulter was parked through a :28-second opening quarter with Titan Park before touching down on the lead in the $11,100 trotting tilt.
Once in command he continued on the engine through splits of :57.3 and 1:27.3 before finishing off his foes in a time of 1:57.4. It was three lengths back to runner-up Indys Kylee. A Work In Progress tagged along to finish third.
Sent off as the 1-2 favourite in the eight-horse affair, Titan Park had no problem securing the 28th victory of his career while pushing his lifetime earnings near $150,000.
