The Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission reminds all owners and trainers with two-year-olds eligible to the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Championships or consolations that these races have been moved to Chester Downs on Wednesday, September 24, with a draw date of Sunday morning.
The races had been originally scheduled a day earlier at the Meadows, but due to a large amount of construction at that track, it was felt better to move the races to Chester to give owners and other participants the full opportunity for 'the thrill of victory.'
