1. The Standardbred Canada (SC) NA Cup Handicapping Challenge will be conducted from Wednesday, June 15, 2011 to Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 6:00 p.m., EST. No purchase is necessary. There is no cost to register. Contest is open to members of the I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club that are 18 years or older as of the date of registration and have Internet access at time of registration. The contest is void in whole where prohibited by law.
2. The contest winner will be the person who has selected the complete correct order of finish of every horse, by head number, in the 2011 North America Cup, starting with the race winner. In the event that no one selects the complete correct order, the winner will be the person who selects the most consecutive horses correctly for the order of finish, starting with the race winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by blind draw. In the event of a scratch after final changes are made, contestants who choose the scratched horse will automatically have that scratched horse removed from their order of finish and their other selected horses will move up in position.
3. The winner will be contacted via e-mail at the e-mail address or phone provided on the form. Submissions with incomplete, bogus or invalid names and/or e-mail addresses will not be accepted. Only one entry will be accepted per individual and one per e-mail address. Multiple entries will be cause for immediate disqualification. SC reserves the right to disqualify any contestant which SC believes has submitted more than one entry.
4. Employees, Directors (and their immediate families) of the Woodbine Entertainment Group, Standardbred Canada, and ORC are not eligible for this contest.
5. No faxed, mailed, electronically mailed, or phoned-in entries are allowed. SC assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, ineligible or mutilated entries. SC is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable hardware or software or telephone transmission or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmission or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of SC and will not be returned.
6. SC reserves the sole right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to this contest. Anything not covered in these rules will be ruled on by the management of SC and their decision will be final and binding.
