Trot Insider has learned that Quebec horsemen are being called to an emergency general assembly which is to take place Saturday, August 30 at 2:00 p.m. at the Montreal paddock area.
The general assembly has been called by the coalition of the Association du trot et amble du Québec (ATAQ), Circuit Regional and SPECSQ for provincial horsemen to voice their opinions on whether or not to accept an offer of $2 million in stakes money offered by Attractions Hippiques.
