Earlier this morning, Kawartha Downs announced track closures this week would affect training at the facility for two days. Now, Kawartha has announced additional changes.
As earlier reported, horsepeople will not be able to train at Kawartha on Wednesday, November 5 or Thursday, November 6 due to track maintenance.
In addition to the track being closed for training, KD has also announced that there will be no live racing Saturday, November 8. The qualifiers scheduled for that day have also been cancelled.
Live racing at KD will resume Tuesday, November 11 with a first race post time of 4:15 p.m.
