The Ontario Harness Horse Association reminds horsepeople that there will be an OHHA members meeting on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Best Western Milton Inn.
The meeting will deal with the OHHA/WEG contract negotiations and a vote is expected to take place. The hotel is located at 161 Chisholm Drive in Milton, just off the 401, at Highway 25. This meeting is important for the future of Standardbred racing in Ontario and Canada. OHHA encourages all interested horsepeople to attend.
OHHA thanks all the horsepeople who withheld, and who continue to withhold, entries at Woodbine until a satisfactory OHHA racing contract has been accepted and ratified. This show of solidarity and concern for the future of Standardbred racing is appreciated by all horsepeople.
