Today's harness racing program at the Charlottetown Driving Park Entertainment Centre has been canceled due to extremely cold weather conditions
.
The Environment Canada forecast is calling for a wind chill factor of -38 C.
The program, scheduled for 1:00 p.m., will be rescheduled for another date.
