The connections of some of the foreign horses that will compete in the Yonkers International Trot have weighed in on their charges’ chances to haul down the winner’s share of the $1 million purse.

With about a month before show time, the field for Yonkers International Trot, Round 2, is coming into focus.

Timoko heads to Saturday’s $1 million International Trot at Yonkers Raceway without having raced since the end of June, but his connections believe the eight-year-old French star is ready to roll.

Yonkers Raceway’s $1-million International Trot is just nine days away, and the seven European entrants – plus the returning Creatine – have landed, with nary a word about the in-flight movie.
