Trainer Annie Stoebe had never even heard of harness racing eight years ago -- she was a rodeo competitor from Montana (think Yellowstone). Owner Lynn Curry groomed Standardbreds at The Meadows in the late '60s, and then took a 52-year hiatus from the game. This year, on Hambletonian Day, the pair teamed up to win the $355,000 Jim Doherty Memorial with their star trotting filly, Instagram Model.
