Trot Insider has compiled all of the February 15 stakes payment reminders that have been sent to Standardbred Canada from the industry.

Additionally, owners and trainers are reminded that the Standardbred Racing Integrity and Accountability Initiative (SRIAI) which was originally scheduled to be launched this year for stakes races on the Woodbine Entertainment Group circuit as well as at the Meadowlands Racetrack has been delayed until 2019.For more information, click here.
Also, officials with the Meadows have announced that the track has cancelled four March late closer series for three and four-year-olds, all of which had payments due on February 15. For more information, click here.

Horsepeople paying the Atlantic Sires Stakes sustaining payment must also pay the Atlantic Standardbred Breeders Association membership fee of $50 per-owner per-year. If you have not already paid this fee in 2018, please remit it with your February 15 stakes payments.

If paying by cheque or money order, envelopes must be clearly post-marked on or before Thursday, February 15 to be accepted, despite inadequacies of the postal system.
