Last Call: Ambassador Of The Year
Do you know someone who has made a significant contribution to the Canadian harness racing community in the past year? Do you know someone who inspires others to get involved in harness racing? Raises awareness about harness racing? Or promotes our sport to engage new people to come to the races or to get involved?
The I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club is now seeking nominations for its 2016 Ambassador Of The Year award. There is no doubt that there are several individuals who are deserving of this title and we want to hear all about them!
In 400 words or less, describe who you think is a true Harness Racing Ambassador. What is it about him/her that makes them a positive role model for racing? What contribution did they make to Canadian harness racing in 2016? Why do they deserve to win the Fan Club’s Ambassador Title?
E-mail all submissions to [email protected] no later than Tuesday, February 7 at 4:00 p.m. (EST).
The winning entry will receive this fabulous prize for their harness racing hero:
-
$100 gift card to the racetrack of their choice OR a $100 donation to a registered Standardbred charity of your choice
