It has been reported that the long-delayed Valley View Downs raceway project in Pennsylvania was dealt a big blow last week.

A report on wcn247.com states that the Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen's Association has pulled its support for the proposed racetrack.

The article has cited PHHA as stating that it does not 'have faith' that the project will materialize.
