Delaware GC Payments Due Feb. 15
Sustaining payments for the sophomore pacing classics Little Brown Jug and Jugette are due February 15. These payments are for foals of 2010.
Sustaining payments are also due February 15 for the Old Oaken Bucket (three-year-old open trot) and the Buckette (three-year-old filly trot). Also, nominations for the Winbak Farm Pace for four-year-olds and up, the Delaware Open Series and the Ohio Breeders Championships are due February 15.
The estimated purse for the 2013 Little Brown Jug is $550,000 and the estimated purse for the Jugette is $300,000. The Little Brown Jug, Old Oaken Bucket and Winbak Farm Pace will be raced Thursday, September 19 and the Jugette and Buckette on Wednesday, September 18.
The 2013 Delaware Grand Circuit meet opens Sunday, September 15 and will continue Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There will be no racing on Monday, September 16.
