Favoured sophomore fillies Credit Card Junkie and Phone Terror delivered winning performances in their respective $12,500 Northlands Filly Pace eliminations on a snowy -14 degree Friday night at Northlands Park.

Trainer-driver Keith Clark worked out a perfect two-hole trip aboard his star three-year-old pacing filly Credit Card Junkie to win the first elimination.

Inside starter Outlaw Blue Danube (Deborah McLeod) established the lead over the Alberta Super Final champion with the rest of the five-horse field lined up in post position order. Outlaw Blue Danube strolled through fractions of :29.4, 1:02.1 and 1:32.3 before Credit Card Junkie pulled the pocket and kicked home to win by one length in 2:01.1. Popcorn (Jamie Gray) edged out early trailer Honor Roll (Brandon Campbell) in a photo for second while Outlaw Blue Danube earned the final spot in next week's $75,000 final with a fourth-place finish.
