Crys Dream Back In To Go
After having been beaten as the 2-5 post-time choice in her last outing, the $750,000 Hambletonian Oaks, the connections of Crys Dream have dropped their Taurus Dream filly back in to go for the first time since the August 6 defeat
.
Trainer Jean Dubois has dropped the three-year-old lass' name into the box at Balmoral Park, and the career winner of 12 of 14 races and $1,036,455 has drawn Post 7 in a $121,500 division of the American-National Stakes, which has been carded as Race 4 on the Illinois raceway's 13-dash card this Saturday (August 27).
Dubois has listed himself to perform the driving duties behind Crys Dream. The pair has been listed as the 6-5 early favourite on the morning line.
Another one of Dubois' pupils will be contesting the dash, as Iron Lady, who has been assessed as the 9-2 second morning-line choice, has drawn the rail and will be driven by Dave Magee.
The Rick Zeron-trained and driven Lady Rainbow will also be looking for the lion's share of the purse, as she has drawn Post 9 and has been pegged as an 8-1 shot.
