Managed by the very private but internationally ­recognized Jean-Pierre Dubois, trotting stallion Taurus Dream demonstrated his worth as a sire in 2010 through some speedy on-track offspring. In reflecting on the career of his travelling stallion, Dubois admits he made some risky moves along the way
