Leaving from Post 7 in the featured event, Giddy Up Lucky and driver Eric Goodell parked past the quarter pole in :27.1 before touching down on the lead. They led through middle splits of :55.3 and 1:23 before sprinting home in :27.2 for the 1:50.2 triumph. Mainland Key N was second best and Harlingen Hanover was third.
