How Canada's 2006 Horse of the Year Transformed New Zealand Trotting

Majestic Son is as Canadian as a horse could be: Canadian-bred, owned, trained and driven.

He won the Canadian Trotting Classic and was named Canada’s Horse of the Year. As a sire he stood at one of Canada’s top farms - Tara Hills Stud. So approximately six years ago his owners decided to leave him in New Zealand full time, and now his exploits as a leading sire are leaving an undeniable mark on the trotting breed in the Southern Hemisphere.
