More ‘Not Guilty’ Pleas Submitted
It has been reported that four individuals that are part of the recent federal indictments in the United States entered ‘not guilty' pleas during an arraignment on Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
According to an article by the Paulick Report, veterinarian Louis Grasso, veterinary supply distributor Donato Poliseno, Standardbred trainer Thomas Guido III and assistant trainer Conor Flynn each entered ‘not guilty’ pleas during an arraignment which was conducted over the telephone by District Court Judge P. Kevin Castel for the Southern District of New York.
The article goes on to explain that Grasso, Poliseno, Guido and Flynn entered their pleas to a single count of drug adulteration and misbranding conspiracy.
If everything goes according to schedule, the four individuals will next appear before the court on October 2, 2020 at 11 a.m. (ET).
