Trot Insider has been informed that a celebration of life will be taking place this summer for longtime Standardbred owner/trainer Charles ‘Charlie’ Peake.

Peake, of Peterborough, Ont., passed away on December 24, 2018 at the age of 77.

A celebration of Peake’s life is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 2 from 2 - 4 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 103, which is located at 34 Bridge St. W in Campbellford, Ont.
