2017 Ambassador Nominations Open
Do you know someone who has made a significant contribution to the Canadian harness racing community in the past year? Do you know someone who inspires others to get involved in harness racing? Raises awareness? Or promotes our sport to engage new people to come to the races or to get involved?
The I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club is now seeking nominations for its 2017 Ambassador of the Year Award. The Ambassador of The Year Award was introduced to recognize the tireless efforts of someone who represents the Canadian harness racing industry behind the scenes or on the frontlines and works tirelessly to promote our sport.
In 400 words or less, describe who you think is a true Harness Racing Ambassador. What is it about him/her that makes them a positive role model for racing? What contribution did they make to Canadian harness racing in 2017? Why do they deserve to win the Fan Club’s Ambassador Title?
There is no doubt that there are many individuals who fit these criteria and we want to hear all about them!
E-mail all submissions to [email protected] no later than Friday, February 23 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).
The 2017 Ambassador of The Year will receive this fabulous prize package:
