Carol Cullen Passes

Trot Insider has learned that former Standardbred horse owner and Standardbred Canada Field Representative Caroline Lillian Cullen (nee Silliphant) of Glenboro MB passed away at the Glenboro Health Centre on Friday (December 15) at the age of 77.

Carol leaves to mourn her passing her loving family, sons Ken (Jeanne) Cullen and Ron (Jodie) Cullen of Glenboro; grandchildren Brittany (Todd), Ashleigh (Ed), Travis (Rachel), Cass, Bob (Jolanda) and David (Chantal); great grandchildren Torah, Lilah, Braxton, Damien, Asia, Elara, Marvel, Lanell and Nola; brother Allan (Irene) Silliphant of Georgian Bluffs, Ont.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends. Carol was predeceased by her husband Morley in 2001, and by her parents Alf and Kay Silliphant.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (December 20) at 11:00 a.m. in the Glenboro United Church with Sharon Hamilton officiating. Interment will take place in the Millford Cemetery, Treesbank, MB.
