Trot Insider has learned that harness racing participant Betty Caroline Ratchford, beloved wife of Gus Ratchford, was involved in a fatal car accident on Sunday, October 5.
Caroline, 70, was a loving and caring mother to Todd (Jean) Ratchford, Lisa Marks, Rhonda (Frank), Dr. Charlene King, Tanya (Johnny) Rodriguez.
Caroline, of Victorville California, is also the grandmother of Paige, Madison, Frankie, Samuel, Olivia, Todd, Nickolas and Mary Magdalen.
