Random Strike Tops Spring Fling

Impressive freshman trotter Random Strike fetched the highest sale price at SC's Spring Fling Mixed Sale
at Flamboro Downs on Sunday, June 14.
The two-year-old Striking Sahbra half-brother to the tough 35-race winner Caesar was purchased by agent Lance Hall of Campbellville, Ont. for $110,000.
An active crowd packed the SC Sale Pavilion and watched 93 horses parade through the sales ring, with sales resulting in a total of over $1.2 million and an average of $13,054 per horse.
