All Chocolate is now in the history books after touring Red Shores Summerside in a track record clocking of 1:54 for aged mares on Monday evening.

Driven by Marc Campbell, All Chocolate parked past the quarter pole in :28.1 before securing the lead. Once she cleared she steamrolled through panels of :55.4 and 1:25 before using a :29 kicker to win by 8-1/4 lengths over Barona Lilac. Onehotvett rounded out the top three finishers in the speedy affair. The 1:54 performance erased the former track record of 1:54.4 shared by Ramblinglily and Abby Best.

Perry Burke of Grosse-Ile, QC owns the nine-year-old daughter of Astreos-Alliwannabe, who hangs her harness bag in the barn of trainer Trevor Hicken.

Later on the card in the $2,500 Open Mares Pace it was Ramblinglily prevailing in 1:56.2 for driver Walter Cheverie and trainer Allan Jones. The six-year-old daughter of Articulator-Crafty Jewel, who enjoyed a two-hole trip for most of the mile, fired home in :28.1 to win by 1-1/2 lengths over Shadows Mystery and Best Risque.
