The Registrar of Alcohol, Gaming and Racing has approved the application made by Rideau Carleton Raceway Holdings Ltd. to amend the 2016 race-date schedule for Rideau Carleton Raceway.

The Registrar has approved RCR to add a live race date on Sunday, January 1, 2017.

First-race post time for the card will be 6:30 p.m.
