Callahan's Picks For Fantasy Stable
As The Stable's contest is closing on June 25 for the $10,000 fantasy stable, site operators will be forwarding some of the more notable participant's selections.
The first Fantasy Stable selections come from Corey Callahan:
Rose Run Speedster: the number of Ontario-eligible two-year-olds is down, meaning less competition and greater opportunities to make good money with a capable trotting colt. This one showed an excellent qualifier with a big kick on the end.
Thorne Seelster: kind of along same lines by being Ontario Sired. Seems Anthony likes her athleticism and I like her pedigree. Full brother is the dam of a top performer and he was a winner at two also, so that's encouraging.
Bourbon And Barley: Anthony seems really high on this one and I drove her mother quite a bit. She was an iron tough, classy mare. She could leave with the car! Eligible to lucrative Ohio program.
Kingston Seelster: the dam's first foal was a speedy youngster so taking a shot that this one is too. He's getting a lot of attention at The Stable so I'm assuming he's a favourite.
