Clinton Raceway has announced the details about its sixth annual Kids' Day at the Races, which will take

place Sunday, July 12.

The event will feature free fun in the park from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., including rides, games, crafts, face painting, popcorn, lemonade, a water balloon toss, bouncy castle, train, bikes and more.

The Magic and Illusion of Daniel Steep will be back, with a show for all ages beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Watch a mascot race-off with C.R. Trotter and Dr. Beary Goode, and the kids can also take part in Clinton's 'Laps For Life' fun run around the track. Children are asked to collect pledges from family and friends to run a lap of the race track! Pledge sheets are available at the track or here.

A penny sale will be taking place throughout the day, and the events will conclude with a Chicken BBQ from 4 - 5:30 p.m.

First race post time for live racing that afternoon will be 1:30 p.m.
